Initiative
Fivestarman exists to inspire, instruct, and empower men to live the authentic and passionate life that God intended. But we are not called to go it alone.
The Fivestarman Initiative is a grass-roots movement to resurrect authentic manhood. Our strategy is built upon the biblical pattern of men serving as the gateway to the entire family.
The average church is designed to minister most effectively to women, which equips the church to reach men just 17 percent of the time. However, with the Fivestarman Initiative the Church is empowered to reach the entire family 93 percent of the time.
The Initiative is a simple, biblical model that draws upon the five passions that every man has deep within him. The goal is not to place a man under a heavy load of guilt or condemnation, but rather to draw out the inner gifts God has placed within, thereby harmonizing his inner man with authentic manhood.
The Fivestarman Initiative is NOT a program or a men’s ministry – it is a movement of authentic men led by strong and equipped men.

We equip these leaders of men, whom we call Centurions, with the necessary resources and training they need to effectively communicate the five passions of authentic manhood. The Five Passions are:
- Adventurous
- Entrepreneurial
- Gallant
- Faithful
- Philanthropical
The Strategy
Fivestarman has developed a proven strategy to help you realize your dream of reaching the men in your community. The Fivestarman Initiative expresses the five passions through:
- Encounters (Men’s Rally)
- Excursions (Men Activities)
- Exploits (Good Causes)
- Engage (Small Groups)
- Enterprise (Marketplace Gatherings)
If you communicate the five passions and give them expression using the designed strategy you will see more men come to know Christ than ever before. You will instruct, inspire, and empower men to authentic manhood.
Your participation in the Fivestar Man Initiative enables you to launch a local chapter of Fivestarman and provides you full access to the branding, strategies, tools, resources, videos, and training programs that Fivestarman has developed.
