Day 212: Speak Up!
Proverbs 31:8
Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.
Principle
In every man’s life, there is a moment when he either steps up to be the man or he shrinks back into obscurity.
Giving voice to those who have no voice is the noble duty of authentic manhood.

A FivestarMan is philanthropic – he loves humanity – he has a profound purpose to better society because of his life. It is heroic – sacrificial – giving of oneself so that others will benefit from his efforts.
We are most like God the Father when we who have a voice speak up for those who do not – when we who have strength use it to lift – when we who have means share with those who do not – when we stand toe-to-toe against the adversary of someone who can’t defend themselves.
As men, we should not presume the title of hero, but we should act as one for those who are weak.
