Proverbs 16:14-15
An intemperate leader wreaks havoc in lives; you’re smart to stay clear of someone like that. Good-tempered leaders invigorate lives; they’re like spring rain and sunshine.
Principle
Leaders can wreak havoc or can invigorate your life.
Have you ever worked for someone who flew off the handle at the smallest of things? Intemperate leaders are emotional extremist – they lack control of themselves and take it out on anyone and everyone who is near them.
Serving under this kind of leadership can be incredibly discouraging. As you’re wanting to improve your lot in life through progressing in your skills and abilities, an intemperate leader can be a disaster – he can wreak havoc in your life.
A good leader is someone who draws upon your gift set and brings life to your talents. This kind of leader can have a tremendous influence upon your life. Serving under a leader that brings out the best in you is like sunshine after a stormy day when you’ve been serving under a harsh taskmaster.

I like the new look. I always read the devotion before I listened to the video. Now I can follow the print as I listen. Have a great day.
