Day 296: Double Vision
Proverbs 23:33
You will see hallucinations, and you will say crazy things.
Principle
We need to keep our minds alert.
We’re living in serious times. The culmination of global events is aligning to become catastrophic if men do not rise to the challenge and take control.
The kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and violent people are attacking it. – Matthew 11:12 (NLT)
This is why I find it very important to remain sober-minded and alert. As a husband, father, and grandfather, I cannot afford the license or luxury to lose it. I can’t give myself over to uncontrolled thoughts, fantasies, double-mindedness, or hallucinations.
As James warned, “A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways.” (James 1:8)
Yes, these are serious times, and we need serious men to step up to the challenge and be stable and strong men. I feel you’re taking things seriously as well; otherwise, you probably wouldn’t be reading The Daily Champion.
