Be an Encourager

We’ve worked hard to build the platform that you need to lead men. This technology is incredible and more importantly, it is practical.

Years ago, I was praying for our efforts at FivestarMan.com to reach men. As I paced around the room, praying in the Holy Spirit, I had an open vision to see what FivestarMan.com would become.

I saw things that I knew did not exist yet.

Although it wasn’t my job to develop the technology, God gave me a glimpse so that I would recognize it when it became available.

When we got our ‘marching orders’ to launch the 45-Day Challenge, we knew that in order for us to multiply the ability to reach men, we would need to supply you with the tools that you need. I believe we’ve done that.

Today, we have deployed that technology and made it available to you.

STEP TWO
Register as a Group Leader
1. Choose the name of your group.
2. Your group name will be the REFERRAL CODE you provide to those you invite to take the 45-Day Challenge.
3. Have the men write the group name in the REFERRAL CODE at FivestarMan.com when they register.

The men that become Challengers in your group will receive daily emails and encouraging words as they journey on the Challenge.

It is vitally important that your role be that of an encourager.

Some men will procrastinate, hesitate, or become distracted. Your encouragement will make all the difference in the world for them to finish the 45-Day Challenge.

Later, I will clarify the difference between accountability and agreement. DO NOT miss this important distinction in our approach to leading men.

With the Leader Dashboard, you will be able to serve your Challengers effectively. One word of encouragement could be the difference in whether or not a man is capable of finishing the 45-Day Challenge.
