Today is day two. Went to Strength Finders, and took the test. Now I know what to work on. This is really a great test to take if you are not sure where you stand. I reccomend it to any of you that are not sure of your strengths.

Did Strength Finders a few years ago. It was good to be reminded of my strengths. It also reminded me that God has supplied me with the tools that I need. I however need to keep them honed and ready to use. Even a master craftman is just a man until he puts his hands to the task.

I have never really worked on my talents. I guess I just got invovled in other things in my life. Anyway I do know what I am gifted in and will start to sharpen those talents and also find out what else I am good at. This will definately be a journey for me as one of those talents is playing musical instruments.

Yeah, this was good. It’s been a while since I sat down and answered questions like these. It made me realize areas I’ve grown in and skills I’ve honed since my college years. Some things we’re naturally gifted with, and some things we can develop with maturity, wisdom, and experience.

An interesting topic. I’ll be drawing off the Holy Spirit to reveal in me the gifts and strengths God has for me. I have full time employment around some of those gifts I know he’s given me and a ministry where I can pour into brothers.

One of my current challenges is to find a new job, so I was already contemplating about my strengths while writing applications. It is still good to pause, sit down and do it again. Thank you.

There are definitely core elements that define me. The ones that came naturally I’ve had since I was a kid. They were just utilized in different facets. I hope to pull more out of these gifts and build on them some more.
